At TUPAC, every ingredient has a name, a place of origin, and a story. The vast majority of our products come from different regions across Germany, and we work closely with small producers who cultivate and craft with care and dedication.
 
Choosing us means being part of a way of cooking that values closeness, commitment, and transparency.

At the heart of TUPAC beats a deep love for Latin American cuisine — ever-evolving, unapologetic, and full of soul.

We don’t just serve food. We create experiences that move you, using fresh, seasonal ingredients to tell stories of a region rich in culture, contrast, and color.
TUPAC was born in 2019, but its spirit had been simmering long before — in the kitchens, streets, and music of two souls from opposite ends of the world, united by a shared belief:

food should be free, fearless, and unforgettable.

David Raphael Pollack

​​From Punk Rock Stages to Kitchen Chaos

Born in San Francisco, raised by the rhythm of hardcore punk and the heat of restaurant kitchens, Dave has done it all. From fronting bands in the ‘80s to running international music tours with Destiny Tourbooking, he eventually turned his passion back to food — opening three restaurants in Berlin.

TUPAC is his most daring venture yet. A flavorful rebellion, and a tribute to the spirit of creation with no rules.

Ariel Peralta

Peruvian Fire. Global Flavor. Free-Spirited Soul.

Trained in the kitchens of Latin America — from humble local spots to the world-renowned Central by Virgilio Martínez — Ariel carries the flavors of his homeland like a second skin.

In 2019, he brought his vision to Berlin: a kitchen without borders, blending technique and intuition, tradition and rebellion.

His cooking is a journey — raw, emotional, and alive
